Grandma, who’s a bit out of tune with reality, has escaped from Durkee Sanatorium in Mexico and is now darting through the city streets, frantic to avoid capture. To prevent being recaptured and sent back to the institution, she must cover a certain distance. However, she's not only being pursued by orderlies wielding straitjackets, but she also faces a treacherous obstacle course filled with sharp turns, holes, fences, and other “dangerous” hurdles. As she desperately tries to outrun her pursuers, she also collects gold coins scattered along the way, which adds a fun and game-like twist to her daring escape.
